HCUC (Harrow College / Uxbridge College)
A relationship that goes back 18 years.
Image Creation has been trusted to provide maintenance services in the way of reactive handyman provisions, to emergency lighting upgrades, electrical and plumbing call-outs to small reconfigurations.
Our practical and pragmatic approach has led us to be chosen over the last 6 years to deliver a £3m new LRC refurbishment, a £3.5m extension and fit-out of a Construction Academy to a £6.5m refurbishment and extension of the Armstrong building and reception.
This was delivered 6 months ahead of schedule, under budget which has enabled our instruction on a new IOT wing at another Campus for another £750k delivered in 8 weeks.
This has all happened whilst COVID has restricted deliveries and supply chains have been interrupted.
All of the above projects achieved BREEAM excellent status as well as getting high pass marks from Considerate Constructor.
Our team include 3 CSCS site managers, 8 CSCS site supervisors and 5 project managers to ensure the perception meets the expectation.
