A Happy Client: Harrow College
Working to a challenging deadline, Image Creation was entrusted with the refurbishment and extension of the new Armstrong building (budget £6.5m).
Complications included a deadline of only 18 months as well as Covid19 related restrictions. However, Image Creation Project Managers delivered the project 5 months ahead of schedule.
The refurbishment and extension covered 4000 square metres, and involved external updates such as a new roof, façade modernisation and window replacement. The extension added an extra 400 square metres and was realised in a unique semi-circular shape.
The transformation delighted the client, and the remaining budget was allocated to other college requirements.
